That’s why we apply 4 treatments annually so you will always be protected.

In the Winter, Pests will be looking for all the warmth & moisture they can find. In the Spring, it’s breeding season for many pest types. The Summer heat means pest activity is high. In the Fall, as temperatures drop, pests seek someplace warm. We'll make sure your home is protected year-round.

Our comprehensive Pest Control Plan includes quarterly treatments that are adapted to address seasonal pest activity in our area.

Within 20 days after treatment, you aren't totally satisfied, we will retreat or refund the applicable treatment or coverage charges, reimburse any prepaid services, and cancel your plan. Limitations apply. See Plan for details.

Treatments and Covered Pests defined in your Plan

Covered Pests Includes cockroaches, silverfish, “house” ants (excluding carpenter ants, fire ants, pharaoh ants, and tawny crazy ants), clothes moths, spiders (excluding black widow and brown recluse spiders), scorpions, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, house crickets and paper wasps. Other pests not specified as Standard Covered Pests may be covered for an additional charge or under other plans.
